Lash Care
Exxotic Beauty Minks can be used up to 25 times with proper care. Please be sure remove the lashes from the lash tray very carefully. We recommend using tweezers. DO NOT rub or pull at the lash as this may cause the lash hairs to rip from the band. Once you remove your lashes please be sure to remove the remaining glue from the band and place your lashes back in its tray and then back in its case to assure maximum protection of the lashes.
Return & Refund Policy
For sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the event you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace it.
For damaged products, please be sure to email us! Include your name, order number, and photos of the product. We will then have you return the items back to us at the provided address. Once we receive the item we will then ship out the new product. Please be sure to note that customers are required to pay for shipping the product back to us.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow at least 2 business days for processing. Once your order is processed it will then be shipped. Once shipped please allow at least 3-5 business days to receive your package.
