For sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the event you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace it.
For damaged products, please be sure to email us! Include your name, order number, and photos of the product. We will then have you return the items back to us at the provided address. Once we receive the item we will then ship out the new product. Please be sure to note that customers are required to pay for shipping the product back to us.
